Nice place, really accessible, and the people have been super nice. The furnishings are functional but cheap. But most of all, the blinds are a nightmare. Trying to figure out blinds should not be this difficult. They are electronic and there are no written explanations. But lovely place.
This place is beautiful! They recently renovated and the rooms are gorgeous. A home away from home! We enjoyed their newly renovated activity room and pool! It's the perfect peaceful get away spot.
This is a really nice resort in the pinetop area. We had a 1 bedroom suite. The room could have been a bit bigger, but it was nice enough. The views of the forest from the room were beautiful. Bed was pretty cozy considering it was a traditional spring mattress. No air conditioner, so it might not be the best option for hot blooded people in mid summer. They have lots of stuff to do on property. Tennis, pickleball, disc golf, arcade, pool, 2 hot tubs, and nice hiking areas. The internet worked great on our fire stick. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also had tons of board/card games they loaned out to use in the recreation room or just in your own room. If you're looking to visit the forest but want a lot of the creature comforts of home, this place comes highly recommended.
This resort was top notch in every way and we’ve stayed many places. The rooms are arranged in separate buildings, 4 units per bldg, with dazzling views of the adjoining pine forest. Ours was a 1 bdrm with outdoor patio. The refined attention to detail was amazing. The full kitchen contained everything one could need - even a dishwasher. Internet and TV streaming was excellent, as was their staff. We will return next year. A VERY enjoyable stay!
3rd time we've visited the area and stayed here with kids or just for a weekend trip for my husband and I. We enjoy the smaller town atmosphere and getting up into the trees from Phoenix. We tend to visit in the fall and go horseback riding and visiting local taverns and restaurants. We enjoy the grounds with the pines and the rooms are always well kept.
Always our favorite place to stay in Pinetop. Units are spacious and well equipped. Grounds are beautifully kept. Front desk and maintenance people are excellent.
We stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was beautiful! Felt like I was at a five star resort they had everything we needed and every type of amenity. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend! Also such a cute area of town with a lot of things to do
Not a sun lovers location. It's tucked into the tall pines. Couch is very uncomfortable. ALL lights are BRIGHT white LED, soft white would be more comforting.
